Senior Investment Specialist - Asset Manager

International Hospitality (m/w/d)

Transaction Management:
o Help identify and evaluate investment opportunities, create financial models and assist with negotiations and contract signings.


Due Diligence:

o You carry out thorough due diligence to assess the economic, financial and legal situation of potential transaction targets.

o You identify risks and opportunities and make well-founded decisions based on the information obtained.


Stakeholder-Management:

o You will work closely with internal and external partners, such as operators, developers, financial institutions and third-party asset managers, to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.

Asset Management:
o Participate in developing strategies and concepts and contribute their know-how. o Monitor the development of the managed sub-portfolio along the portfolio strategy directly or via third parties.

o Responsible, directly or via third parties, for acquiring space in line with demand and continuously carrying out property, market and location analyses to optimize the portfolio under management.

o Prepare contract negotiations independently until the conclusion of the contract. o Create rental agreements and necessary supplements and enter, create, and maintain master data in the respective systems. o Lead the risk analysis and monitoring of the property. o Manage the incoming invoices for account assignment. o Participate in the property inspections. o Include the conclusion of the inspection in the financial model of the property. o Design and produce documentation and reporting. o Manage daily relationships with the tenants and property management. Financial modelling and valuation:
o Create complex financial models to determine the value of potential transaction assets. Consider various scenarios and risk factors to determine a realistic performance expectation. o Evaluate different scenarios and derive sound recommendations to provide an optimal basis for decision-making.


Presentations and investor documents:
o Create convincing presentations and documents to address potential investors.
Provide a precise analysis of the advantages and opportunities of a transaction.

o Provide all the data and financial elements to prepare the marketing documentation, the reporting and presentation to the investors.


Your profile:

o Several years of professional experience in the hotel property industry, or a family office with a corresponding investment focus; ideally supplemented by relevant knowledge in hotel asset management of an investment company or hotel operator.

o Proven experience in transaction management, ideally in the areas of mergers and acquisitions or property transactions. o Strong analytical and financial skills, including experience in analysing financial models.

Strong understanding of risk management and knowledge of the relevant legal and financial framework conditions. o Initiative and ability to work in a team. o Winning demeanour, assertiveness and negotiating skills both internally and with customers and business partners. o Completed studies in the field of business administration, property management or a comparable qualification. o Excellent knowled
