- Keep the internal CRM active and updated with information about our clients
- Assistance with the presentation and Excel data to create the necessary reports
- Provide assistance in the execution of RFP (Request for Proposals) processes.
- Working with the team to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, providing valuable insights for strategic decision-making
- Work closely with the sales team to understand client requirements, provide necessary support, and contribute to the development of effective sales strategies
- BS/MS degree in Business, Marketing, Economy, or a related field
- Proficient in English & Spanish, both written and spoken
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Knowledge of CRM platforms
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
