Job summary

This role is part of the HR Business Development (HRBD) function and is responsible for leading and coordinating the HR workstream in complex business transactions such as acquisitions, divestitures, and service outsourcing.

As an HR Business Development Specialist you will lead cross-functional teams across talent acquisition total rewards payroll ELR HR services Workday teams ensure alignment of timelines data readiness compliance across all HR functions drive clarity on roles responsibilities through SOPs DTPs coordinate international teaming cultural integration facilitate knowledge transfer onboarding borders matrix manager assignments act as the HR lead in opportunity engagement teams working closely with deal teams sellers solution architects shape people-related offerings clients translate client requirements executable HR solutions align Kyndryl delivery model brand promise ensure readiness client transitions including co-determination onboarding compliance maintain employee experience business continuity during service exits maintain evolve toolkit project intake forms governance models capture lessons learned contribute formal M&A playbook monitor project health engagement metrics drive continuous improvement.
