    En la Boutique de Marbella, en el contexto exigente de una boutique de lujo en constante evolución, el servicio de arreglos es una diferencia clave en la estrategia moda de CHANEL. El servicio de arreglos es sello de la experiencia del Prêt-à-Porter de CHANEL.

El servicio de arreglos desempeña un papel clave en el posicionamiento de CHANEL como referencia de lujo por excelencia.

    Combinando un agudo sentido de la relación con el cliente, un fuerte espíritu de equipo, un gran rigor y sensibilidad por la moda, ofrecerás un servicio único y personalizado a cada cliente, garantizando unos retoques de calidad acordes con el espíritu de la colección y el estilo de CHANEL. Con capacidad de escucha y empatía, acompañarás a cada clienta de forma cálida.

    Tus responsabilidades

    • Acogerás a cada Clienta en la Maison CHANEL con un espíritu sincero y generoso para ofrecerle la mejor e inolvidable experiencia.
    • Asesorarás a las clientas respetando el espíritu de la colección y el estilo CHANEL.
    • Realizarás arreglos según los altos estándares esperados por CHANEL y de acuerdo con las reglas del arte de la sastrería de CHANEL.
    • Organizarás la agenda de pruebas, los tiempos de producción, controlarás las entregas de piezas retocadas y pedirás los materiales o cualquier equipamiento necesario para la actividad del taller.
    • Garantizarás el buen ajuste de las prendas.
    • Colocarás los alfileres según la técnica de CHANEL, respetando los tejidos y la construcción de las piezas, para poder realizar los arreglos con precisión.
    • Dominarás las técnicas de costura y el saber hacer de los arreglos, así como las distintas técnicas de flou y sastrería, tanto para las piezas superiores (blusa, chaleco, chaqueta y abrigo) como para las inferiores (falda, pantalón y vestido).
    • Organizarás y gestionarás los plazos de entrega de las piezas arregladas en la herramienta digital de seguimiento de la actividad.
    • Serás responsable y capaz de hacer frente a situaciones de emergencia.
    • Sabrás anticiparte a las necesidades de material para no retrasar los arreglos.

    Requisitos

    Domino de las técnicas de costura combinado con una gran agilidad para comunicar y coordinar tu actividad, gusto por la moda y atención al detalle y al trabajo bien hecho. Deseable conocimiento de inglés. Cualquier otro idioma será una ventaja.
