    YOUR MISSION

    The IKONO Global Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for leading and executing digital marketing initiatives across multiple channels to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.

    This includes overseeing the management and optimization of the company's website to ensure it reflects the brand identity, is user-friendly, and drives conversions effectively.


    RESPONSIBILITIES


    Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various channels such as email, social media, search engines, and the company website.

    Manage digital advertising campaigns including PPC, display, and retargeting to maximize reach and ROI.
    Monitor website performance and implement SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and drive traffic.
    Create and optimize landing pages and digital content to enhance user experience and drive conversions.
    Plan and execute user experience (UX) testing initiatives to evaluate website usability, navigation, and conversion pathways.

    Conduct A/B tests and multivariate tests on digital assets such as landing pages, emails, and advertisements to optimize performance and user engagement.

    Utilize analytics tools to track digital marketing performance and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
    Provide reports and insights on the overall performance of the website, digital marketing activities and campaigns.


    QUALIFICATIONS
    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field.
    3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an international environment.
    Proven track record of managing successful digital advertising campaigns.
    Proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and LinkedIn Ads.

    Expertise in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console and other web analytics platforms for tracking and analyzing website performance.

    SEO Expert, best practices and tools for keyword research and optimization.
    Ability to interpret and analyze digital marketing data to optimize campaign performance.
    Skill in utilizing A/B testing and other experimentation methods to optimize digital marketing campaigns and user journeys.
    Knowledge of UX design principles and best practices, including accessibility standards and mobile responsiveness.
    Experience in the development and maintenance of dashboards is a plus.
    Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Photoshop or Figma is a plus.
    Proficient in English, minimum C1 level required. Additional languages are a plus.
