    Director of Rooms Opportunity

    The Social Hub (TSH) in Barcelona Poblenou, with its 293 bedrooms, a 4-level co-working office space and community, a large ground floor restaurant and bar, a rooftop pool bar, and terrace, is seeking a forward-thinking Director of Rooms to lead the development and implementation of our Stay Product for a premium relaunch.

    About the Role:

    • Lead and mentor the Rooms management team, including Front Office Manager, Housekeeping Manager, and Maintenance Manager.
    • Prioritize guest and team experiences, fostering a diverse and inclusive environment.
    • Work closely with Directors of F&B, Memberships, and Stay to optimize operational processes across departments.
    • Develop and execute Rooms strategies to enhance guest experience and achieve business objectives.
    • Incorporate sustainability and eco-friendly practices in Rooms strategies.
    • Leverage data analytics to optimize operations and identify growth opportunities.

    Your Qualifications:

    • 2+ years of experience in Rooms Management, ideally in establishments with 250-300 rooms.
    • Proven experience leading teams and improving Rooms operations.
    • Financially adept, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
    • Digitally savvy, with experience utilizing digital tools to enhance guest experiences.
