Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Construction or related field

Demonstrated ability to operate and thrive with partial information and high levels of ambiguity
Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent
5+ years of experience in building power substations working with Utilities and understanding their environment and culture.
Possess strong organizational, communication and team building skills. Must build strong working relationships, both internally and externally stakeholders.
Ability to selfstart and selfmotivate in a dynamic environment.
Experience in analyzing cost/benefit tradeoffs across a strategic portfolio
Ability to travel up to 20% and International Business experience an understanding of how to successfully transact business in multiple cultural contexts as well as experience directly managing international teams is a plus.
Master's Degree (MBA/MS) preferred.
Experience designing substations or other energy infrastructure.
Experience working for utilities and with or for energy regulators.
Experience with IT infrastructure, data centers and cloud services.
Ability to converse in German, Swedish or French is advantageous.
