Reporting to the ICT Manager the interim support will assist with her/his tasks to:

  • In a first phase, the interim staff would carry on an exploration phase:
  • Analyze the different AI tools on the market. Cooperate with ICT Agency
contractors to collect their experiences in this domain.- Analyze the tasks where an AI tool could assist Agency staff. Interview

Agency staff to understand their tasks.- Under the supervision of the ICT manager, test some AI tools.

  • Liaise with ICT manager and HoU to presents AI tools to Agency staff and
collect their feedback.

  • Support in estimating the balance between the workload that such AI tool
will save and the one that it will produce.- Support in estimating the cost of AI tools.

  • Draft reports and conclusions under the supervision of ICT manger
  • Check if implementation of one or more tools is possible

The second phase (implementation) would imply the following:

  • Support in the configuration of AI tools for Agency needs.
  • Liaise with ICT manager to present AI solutions to Agency staff.
  • Transfer knowledge to Agency staff.
  • Collaborate in drafting guides.

Requisitos

  • Basic knowledge of artificial intelligence
  • Basic knowledge of Chatbot
  • Ability to conceptualise and summarise information
  • Efficient communication with colleagues and external
stakeholders(functional and technical)Service oriented skills- High adaptability to different working methods, people and projects

  • English at B
  • Knowledge of the Agency ICT tools and projects would be considered as an
asset


¿Qué ofrecemos?

Tendrás un contrato a través de Adecco de 3 meses de duración con posibilidad de prorrogar otros - Trabajarás de lunes a viernes en horario de jornada partida

  • Ganarás un salario de 20,30 euros brutos/hora
