R&D Intern at Flax & Kale

Flax & Kale is looking for a
Research and Development Assistant to join our R&D team in Bell-lloc d'Urgell (Lleida).

Tasks and Responsibilities

Make ingredient mixes in the R&D lab: from simple to complex elaboration processes.
Prepare tastings for the department, record the results and discuss the conclusions with the team.
Document and fill in the laboratory notebook.
Register samples of new ingredients with suppliers.
Support the R&D department.

Requirements:

Studies in Food Science and Technology or similar. Training in Tasting and Organoleptic Skills is a plus.
Experience in food formulation.
Experience in documenting R&D experiments and mixes.
Ability to differentiate and classify tastes and smells.
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
We are looking for a methodical, structured, attentive, and efficient person who wants to contribute and grow together with our R&D Team.
