    Technical Engagement Manager Role

    We are seeking an Expert Engagement Manager to join our team at Visium, where we enable enterprise executives to define their AI & Data strategy and implement AI across operations.

    Your primary responsibility will be working directly with clients and leading one-to-many collaborations to create significant value for them.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Lead by example and support the teams you work with.
    • Develop impactful AI solutions and deliver outcomes that meet client needs.
    • Contribute to engagement strategy development, focusing on stakeholder management and team leadership.
    • Manage stakeholders, including building client relationships and leading teams.
    • Overcome obstacles to unlock business benefits and ROI for clients.
    • Create and monitor value-based client benefits throughout engagements (ROI).
    • Drive corrective actions on delivery challenges and make tactical decisions to deliver value-based solutions.
    • Manage engagement delivery against project milestones, financial performance, and internal KPIs.

    Clients Relationship Ownership:

    • Cultivate strong partnerships with clients, identify new avenues for value creation, and develop innovative initiatives.
    • Foster a diverse portfolio of clients, developing relationships with key individuals and conceptualizing potential offerings.
    • Develop a diverse network of external contacts.

    Requirements:

    • Data Science, ML or Computer Science background required.
    • Strong track record of building client relationships and identifying opportunities to deepen those relationships.
    • Extensive ability to deal with C-Level stakeholders.
    • Fluent in English; French and/or German are a plus.
