We're hiring | Senior Digital Security Engineer – IoT & DevSecOps | Madrid
We're looking for a senior security professional to join our client Architecture & Technology team and help shape how we protect our connected ecosystem — from IoT devices and cloud platforms to the entire software development lifecycle.
If you're someone who thinks in threat models, speaks fluently to both engineers and executives, and genuinely enjoys embedding security from day one rather than bolting it on at the end — this might be for you.
What you'll be working on:
- Designing secure-by-default architectures across IoT and cloud environments
- Driving DevSecOps adoption alongside engineering and platform teams
- Leading threat modeling, risk assessments, and security reviews of digital solutions
- Establishing secure coding standards and supporting code reviews
- Strengthening our overall cybersecurity posture in collaboration with global stakeholders
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years in security architecture, IoT security, or cloud environments
- Solid grasp of IAM, PKI, and secure design principles
- Hands-on mindset — someone who gets things done and takes ownership
- Strong communicator, comfortable in cross-functional and international settings
- Fluent English is a must
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with OWASP, NIST, or IEC 62443
- Experience with IaC or security automation
- Certifications like CISSP, CCSP, or Azure Security Engineer
