- Tracking crew flight duties
- Ensuring crew comply with flight time regulations
- Accurately recording crew absenteeism & punctuality
- Developing solutions to crewing issues
- Assisting in overcoming operational disruptions efficiently
- Performing other tasks as per Operations Control management's requests
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role (crew control, rostering...) or as a cabin crew member (minimum 1 year)

- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and outgoing personality
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure
