Your Role:
You will maximize commercial impact through cross-functional collaboration, aiding decision-making with accurate analysis. Additionally, you will ensure commercial efficiency and participate in internal consulting and cross-functional projects. **Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement customer targeting and segmentation schemes.
Conduct sales force sizing and territory alignment exercises.
Maintain the CRM system, including data extraction and monitoring.
Work closely with internal teams to maintain the integrity of reported data.
Analyze data and performance indicators, track and analyze data to identify areas of improvement, and make datadriven decisions.
Develop insightful reports and dashboards for the country leadership team.
Implement new business tools and data reports.
Develop and enhance models for distributing objectives effectively.
Perform incentive payout calculations. Provide support and training to internal stakeholders and help enhance their understanding of data and systems.

**Who you are: - You have a university degree, preferably in Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or Economics. Additional qualifications like an MBA or equivalent in related fields will be valued.

You have a minimum of 35 years of experience in similar positions, with the ability to quickly grasp new concepts, analytical and strategic planning skills, problemsolving abilities, and very strong business acumen. You enjoy working collaboratively in a crossfunctional team environment. You exhibit logical thinking and solutionsfocused simplification and automation.
You have a high level of proficiency in English.
You are familiar with Qlik/Power BI/Veeva CRM platforms.
