Data Privacy Analyst - Compliance (Openbank)(Fixed-term contract)

Mission and responsibilities:


As a Data Privacy Analyst, you will be reporting to Openbank ́s Data Protection Officer, and will be the person in charge of providing support in data protection matters, collaborating in those issues deemed necessary.

The main tasks of this position will be the following:

  • Developing and updating the ROPA.
  • Providing technical support for DPA analysis for processors and sub processors.
  • Reviewing policies, procedures, and internal documentation to approve and assess external suppliers at a global privacy level.
  • Coordinating internally with the privacy, security teams and the purchasing department that leads the global approval and assessment process of external providers.
  • Participating in the definition and execution of training plans to raise employee awareness of data privacy and security issues and providing training on the supplier's regulation.
  • Preparing KPIs and reporting to Data Privacy Office.
  • Managing personal data breach in coordination with business areas.
  • Other privacy processes support and definition.

To be successful in the role you must have
- +2 years of experience in data protection regulations.

  • University or master's degree in Law, ADE, or similar fields.
- legal Background, knowledge of privacy tools (p

e:
OneTrust), privacy certifications (DPO, iapp certifications, etc.)

  • Excellent communication skills in English and clear negotiation skills.
  • Strong drafting, analytical, and critical thinking skills as well as commercial acumen.
  • Experience working with global teams based in different jurisdictions.
  • Good understanding of technology and information security concepts.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative problemsolving skills.
