At Eni , we are looking for a Permitting Specialist Spain within Eni Plenitude Renewables Spain in Madrid, Spain .
You will be responsible for the management of the platforms for the commissioning process, solid knowledge of the grid commissioning process and connection as well as the ability to obtain the necessary permits is required.

EniPlenitude is present in Italy, France, Greece, Slovenia, Spain, Portugal, United Kingdom, Norway, United States, Kazakhstan and Australia.In this context, EniPlenitude Renewable Spain will build photovoltaic, wind and battery storage plants for a capacity of 2 GW by 2025 in Spain and France.
As a member of the development project management and services at Eni Plenitude Renewables Spain you will be responsible for :Knowledge of the administrative processing or the authorizations and permits for construction of renewable energy projects.
Interacting with the development and engineering departments to verify and check the projects are allowed to be constructed, connected to the grid, and predict potential risks.
Ensuring the implementation of permits and licenses requirements and conditions.Managing the interface with local administrations and different stakeholders and amend/include any documentation that is needed to allow the start of the construction.
Supporting the company in the main negotiation with the different stakeholders during the permitting process.Knowledge of the grid commissioning process, connection to the grid, obtaining the necessary permits, and handling of the platforms for the commissioning process.
Supervising the handover of renewable projects from development to execution, making sure the permits, agreements and contracts are aligned with the local legislation.
This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements :Master's or bachelor's degree in electrical, Mechanical, Mining Engineering or similar experience in the renewables energy sector Knowledge of the Spanish energy market and legislation, commissioning as well as previous relationships with the local administration entities Advanced knowledge of Spanish and English at the level of oral and written communication.
Responsible person, with initiative, goal-oriented, leadership capacity and communication and teamwork skills.Capacity for synthesis and facility to prepare reports and presentations Knowledge of GIS/CAD tools B1 driving license and availability to make occasional trips both in Spain and abroad.

Como miembro de la direccion de proyectos de desarrollo y servicios en Eni Plenitude Renewables Espana seras responsable de:Conocimiento de la tramitacion administrativa o de las autorizaciones y permisos para la construccion de proyectos de energias renovables.
Interactuar con los departamentos de desarrollo e ingenieria para verificar y comprobar que los proyectos tienen permiso para ser construidos, conectados a la red y predecir los riesgos potenciales.
Garantizar la aplicacion de los requisitos y condiciones de los permisos y licencias.Gestionar la interfaz con las administraciones locales y las diferentes partes interesadas y modificar/incluir cualquier documentacion que sea necesaria para permitir el inicio de la construccion.
Apoyar a la empresa en las principales negociaciones con las diferentes partes interesadas durante el proceso de obtencion de permisos.
Conocimiento del proceso de puesta en servicio de la red, conexion a la red, obtencion de los permisos necesarios y manejo de las plataformas para el proceso de puesta en servicio.
Supervision de la entrega de proyectos renovables desde su desarrollo hasta su ejecucion, asegurandose de que los permisos, acuerdos y contratos se ajustan a la legislacion local.
Esta es tu oportunidad si tienes estas aptitudes y requisitos:Master o licenciatura en Ingenieria Electrica, Mecanica, de Minas o similar, es un plus pero no obligatorio.
Experiencia en el sector de las energias renovables Conocimiento del mercado energetico espanol y legislacion, puesta en marcha asi como relaciones previas con las entidades de la administracion local Conocimientos avanzados de espanol e ingles a nivel de comunicacion oral y escrita.
Persona responsable, con iniciativa, orientada a objetivos, capacidad de liderazgo y habilidades de comunicacion y trabajo en equipo.Capacidad de sintesis y facilidad para elaborar informes y presentaciones Conocimientos de herramientas SIG/CAD Permiso de conducir B1 y disponibilidad para realizar desplazamientos ocasionales tanto en Espana como en el extranjero.
