We are recruiting for a certified Montessori Guide for a lower elementary class (6 to 9 or 9 to 12 years old) from September 2023.

This is a full-time position to join a team of inspiring and motivated teachers with a love for education and an interest in providing the best possible future for our students.


The key skills we are looking for:

  • Demonstrated experience working in Montessori environments
  • Able to track pupil progress, identify under and highachieving students and implement intervention to enable students of all abilities and learning styles.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment;
  • Provide feedback and communicate effectively with parents and pupils.
  • Be available for a September 2023 start
  • Possess Lower Elementary Certification in Montessori Education;
  • Hold a recognised UK teaching qualification (QTS.PGCE)
  • Have a desire to live in the beautiful Valencia, Spanish seaside city
  • Inspire pupils with passion for teaching and learning.
  • Have proven experience working or the desire to work successfully with students of all abilities
  • Have the resolve to make a real difference in the lives of pupils.
  • Have experience in curriculum planning
  • Have +2 years' experience teaching in Elementary Montessori environments;

Parents and partners are very involved in the school. We support new teachers and their families/partners and will help with relocation, documentation, etc.

Salary is paid above Spanish 'Convenio' the National Payscale for all Spanish Independent Schools.
