We are looking for a Meeting Planner specialised in Pharma for our offices in Madrid. Are you looking for a new challenge? Do you have experience in end to end event management for pharmaceutical companies?

What will you be able to do in this position?

Prepare budgets and presentations
Negotiating and selecting the most suitable suppliers and products for each event, taking into account the constraints of the client's hospitality plan, and our company's Suppliers Tool strategy.
Booking, issuing of transport through Amadeus and Renfe tools.
Booking, tracking of deadlines, fulfilment of invoicing requirements.
Control and updating of passenger lists
Issuing of travel documents
Contact with the client during the life of each event.
Closing, reconciliation of each project, with calculation of savings generated for the client.
Meeting deadlines according to SLA agreement with the client, and according to company strategy.
Participation in any training activity of the department, as well as any activity organised from the suppliers area.
What are we looking for?
At least 5 years of experience in the management of events of the following types: meetings, training, symposiums, attendance to national and international congresses, launches.
Experience with pharma clients, as well as knowledge of the Pharma industry & EPFIA codes will be particularly valued.
Medium/high level of English
Office package, especially Powerpoint and Excel: pivot tables, and full handling of passenger lists
Medium level of Amadeus
