About the project:
Are you tired of monotonous customer care and boring support activities? Do you want to solve problems and work together with our customers on real tailor-made solutions? And all of this in a digital setting with motivated colleagues? Then come to us and conquer the software hearts of our customers by competent know-how in all questions concerning our ERP system


Main tasks:
You will provide users with your expertise and support them in overcoming the challenges of using our software.
You keep our quality standards towards your customers in mind and are responsible for their satisfaction.
You will learn more about one part of our software and develop practical solutions together with us.

  • Reponsabilities:
  • Log call details onto call management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA
  • Escalate potential service issues initially with Mentor
  • To follow all the processes and procedures of the project
  • Ensure contractual SLA is maintained
  • Provide cover for other Agents in their absence, either within the same team or across teams
  • Liaise with Supervisors/ Mentors on specific projects where requested
  • To understand and comply with administrative duties including holiday, sickness and overtime
  • To attend regular Team Meetings
  • To work on additional tasks required by Supervisor or Mentor connected to keeping up the service performance, quality and customer satisfaction

Hours and Benefits:

  • Fulltime position
  • Working schedule: Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00
  • Salary: 22,000.00 euros gross/year euros gross/year
  • Ongoing training
  • Start date: Immediate
  • Holidays: 23 working days of paid annual leave (generated on the basis of the calendar year and in proportion to time worked)

Requirements:


  • You have made an apprenticeship as an IT systems management assistant (M/F/d) or similar, alternatively you have studied business informatics or business administration
  • Our client is modern and brainy you should be too. Therefore, you have a good understanding of IT and are interested in working with modern tools like Zendesk, JIRA or Confluence
  • You are interested or even already have some experience in a process area such as logistics, production planning, operations, financial accounting/accounting, wholesale and foreign trade or eCommerce
  • You are convincing through your communication skills and your joy in working with others, and you have fluent language skills in German and English
  • Customer care skills ability to listen to and understand the customers' need
  • Ability to take ownership of, and progress cases to resolution or to escalate cases to resolution
  • The period of holiday entitlement is fixed by mutual agreement between the company and the employee.
