Job Description:


As our new Global Digital Marketing Lead, you will drive the development and integration of Galderma's corporate, unbranded, branded, internal, and public digital assets in preparation for Galderma's first biologic drug, Nemolizumab, in atopic dermatitis and prurigo nodularis.


The role partners closely with the global and country-level cross functional teams and directly reports to the Global Pre-Launch Strategy Lead.

Key Responsibilities

  • You lead the development and execution of the global digital marketing plan, including media, to drive visibility of and engagement with omnichannel digital activities. In addition, you build in collaboration with crossfunctional partners short
- medium
- and long-term digital content roadmaps that compliantly leverage the range of Galderma digital assets.

  • You map current digital activities to identify gaps and opportunities for optimization and propose omnichannel and digital media campaign initiatives to drive continuous improvement. Supporting select digital projects for inline portfolio is an important part of your job.
  • You maintain awareness of digital landscape and competitive offerings and integrate existing digital assets into a cohesive digital ecosystem, creating new assets (social media accounts, subpages of websites) as necessary.
  • You evolve digital content with eye to improve SEO results and support colleagues in translating unbranded or branded strategy into digital marketing strategy and drives execution of digital marketing plans.
  • You develop and measure ROI and KPIs for digital activities; perform research, data analysis, and generate insights and action plans based on campaign results
  • You collaborate closely with countrylevel organizations to ensure consistent voice across Galderma's global immunology and Nemolizumab digital presence while maximizing business value and cost efficiencies
Skills & Qualifications

  • You have a solid knowledge in a global or regional marketing, communications, or digital role within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry. Previous exposure in the dermatology or immunology is an advantage in this role.
  • You can evaluate and utilize data in factbased decisionmaking (data to insights, to action).
  • You can easily work cross functional and develop partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders
  • You bring exceptional communication and presentation skills and can articulate a point of view succinctly and effectively to senior leaders and external customers
