- Welcome customers at the airport upon arrival
- Coordinate and facilitate transportation from the airport to the hotel
- Provide customers with necessary information and assistance
- Report any issues or discrepancies to the main office promptly
- Advanced proficiency in English and German required, additional languages are a plus
- Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous
- Strong customer service orientation
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility in working hours, including night shifts to accommodate late flights
