Opportunity to join the Facility Management team in Space Management area in Sevilla.
The main purpose of the Space Management department is to manage services and procedures that provide support to the business core of Airbus in their office space demands.
To ensure that Airbus has the most suitable work environment for its employees and for the development of its activities, he/she must focus its work on the use of good practices to improve its efficiency, reducing cost and increasing productivity.
The priority will be performing an efficient space usage through the organization by balancing needs and strategy, promoting innovation and best practice working environment.
He/she will collaborate with the team acting as Project Manager for office refurbishment projects, Minor Works for BeterWorkplace projects and reorganisation planned on Sevilla sites.
Additionally, he/she will collaborate in a team that provides technical expertise on how best to maximise occupancy and space utilisation and providing best possible Space solutions to Airbus employees.
It has to be ensured an optimal relationship with Airbus business partner, understand and anticipate of business & customer needs including active demand management and supplier performance management to ensure delivery on time, quality and cost.
Manage company's physical space inventory including tracking and maintaining space and occupancy information to ensure all necessary data & information for mid-term space evolution (Master planning) and a stable stakeholder management.
Design and promote innovation in Airbus work spaces according to market trends.
Provides quantitative and qualitative data to support discussions and decision making at Management level.
Provides performance against budgets/targets highlighting discrepancies and propose mitigation actions if needed.
Contribute to reduce Airbus operating expenses by delivering cost saving targets through business transformation, proper supplier & contract management, implementation of new technologies and digitalization as well as process and business improvements and the optimal use of resources
Refurbishment project management to provide adequate space solutions to Airbus internal customers, managing planning, assumptions, quotations, risks, requirements, statement of work and subcontractors
