    En Aliaxis Iberia buscamos un IT Domain Leader en las zonas de Alicante, Bilbao/Alava o Madrid.

    Ofrecemos un ambiente de trabajo dinámico, formando parte de una empresa en crecimiento, y con opción de trabajo híbrido (remoto y presencial).MISSIONLead development, implementation and sustainability of sets of applications (as enablers for business performance) over its IT domain and coordinates all contributors to ensure the delivery on time and on budget (capex/opex).KEY RESPONSABILITIES- Responsible for demand, portfolio and project management of its IT domain.

    Responsible for projects progress and communication to its country functions, service line managers and country IT BP.- Drive committees in order to present progress and secure decision making, and participate on business project committees.- Lead projects according to ICT methods and standards, manage budget, quality and planning.- Ensure applications' day-to-day' execution and efficiency in compliance with standards and measure/report SLAs.

    Monitor the services delivered by a provider- Provide and permanently develop expertise and sustainability of business processes and applications for its domain- Animate processes and applications improvement, through assessment, optimization proposal and implementation.

    Knows and applies TOMs of its domain- Ensure full management of applications' lifecycle.

    Manage and develop teams, but also external partners- Ensure budget management (opex and capex) and capacity planning of its perimeterKnowledge requirements:


    • 5+ years of experience in IT project management which will have been gained in a large and complex international environment.
    • Exceptional customer relationship skills combined with excellent communication.
    • Experience in Finance and Human Resources processes and transformational projects
    • A balance between determination & perseverance and empathy: able to engage and align local buy-in with divisional/regional needs.
    • Strong drive, leadership and influencing skills - the ability to facilitate change.
    • SAP Experience (preferably in FI and CO)
    • Fluent Spanish. English B2 min
