LVP, from GRUP MEDIAPRO, is one of the largest operators of video game competitions in the world and the largest eSports organization in the Spanish language.

Through its offices in Madrid, Barcelona, Buenos Aires, Bogotá and Mexico, it is present in more than 30 countries.

In addition, it has online competition platforms, distributes world events such as the League of Legends European Championship in Spanish, and produces renowned competitions such as Conmebol eLibertadores.

In Argentina, LVP comprehensively organizes the most characteristic competitions as well, such as the Master Flow League (League of Legends), the Unity League Flow (CS:GO) or Retadores Sur (Free Fire), as well as large international tournaments.

MISSION:

Coordinate and manage the social media team to deliver results in the agreed time schedule

FUNCTIONS:

Coordinate a team of Community Managers, Moderators and a Channel Manager (7 people).
Supervise the social media strategy and project content on various channels.
Management of influencers and talent, both internal and external.
Participation in the ideation phases of media day, graphics and content.
Support community managers in channel management.
Work together with the content department taking into account the quality, tone and content of the message.
Maintain relationships with the main partners of the project and attend executive meetings.
Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports of social networks as well as content, both internally and for the client.

Requisitos:

Software, apps and tools: social networks (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Discord, YouTube, Twitch) and their analytics and management portals. Suite office.
Experience: 35 years in social media management in entertainment or video games industries.
Qualifications: Graduate or master's degree in communication, marketing, advertising, social networks, journalism, English philology.
Specific knowledge: high level of knowledge of video games, especially Shooters (Valorant, CS:GO, Overwatch) will be highly valued.
Languages: native or high level of English (C1-C2), both written and verbal. The full project will be executed and managed with the customer in English. Additional languages like French, German, Spanish, Turkish and Portuguese will be considered positively.
Interpersonal skills:
Proactive person with a 'cando' mindset.
Experience managing a team, with the ability to persuade, influence and when appropiate to correct and promote change with tact and diplomacy.
Adaptability to deliver results in a changing and fastpaced environment.
Excellent team working in a virtual and international environment.
Contract conditions:
Temporary contract with the possibility to extend it if the project is renovated.
Hybrid working conditions (teleworking 23 times a week).
Availability to travel to Berlin.
