David Kennedy Recruitment has partnered with a leading BPO company which supports top tech brands in providing exceptional customer care.

We're looking for a Dutch/Flemish and French-speaking Cloud Licensing Associate who will work with the Renewal Specialists and the Senior Account Managers to secure the customers renewal agreement on time, helping to identify licensing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities aligned to the customers' needs.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Work with Cloud Customer Renewal Specialists to understand the customer cloud licensing position by reviewing their existing licensing portfolio
  • Assist to develop a renewal plan, aligned to the cloud & or licensing program strategy, and provide the best licensing solution for the customer as indicated
  • Act as the point of contact for the Cloud Customer Renewal Specialists to answer Commercial VL licensing questions raised by end customers
  • Create and provide quality checks for any required licensing documentation such as agreement packages
  • Work with approved tools to secure all necessary deal approvals

REQUIREMENTS:


  • 2+ years Licensing experience with a proven track record of success is good to have
In-depth understanding of Microsoft Commercial VL licensing programs EA, MPSA, MCA & CSP

  • Intermediate or fluent English (verbal and written), fluent or native Dutch/Flemish and French (verbal and written)
  • Experience working with or selling Office 365, M365, Azure, Modern work, Biz apps
  • Knowledge and experience of Microsoft or other Cloud and Online Services solutions
  • Experience working with & understanding negotiations in licensing contracts
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills with the ability to distil complex thoughts and strategies into simple, actionable recommendations
  • Passion for working with Microsoft technology and accredited partners
  • Experienced in establishing trusted advisor/strategic consultant relationships with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders
  • Able to help customers make the best choices in tough macroeconomic environments
