    Job Summary

    We are seeking a highly experienced 2nd Stewardess to join our interior team on a luxurious private/charter yacht exceeding 44 meters in length.

    The ideal candidate will be a skilled and dedicated professional with a strong background in housekeeping, laundry, and exceptional service provision.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide high-standard housekeeping and laundry services for the yacht's interior spaces
    • Engage with guests to deliver outstanding hospitality and ensure their needs are met
    • Collaborate with the interior team to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organization

    Requirements

    • At least 2 years of experience in the industry, with a minimum of 1 year as a 2nd Stewardess on a yacht exceeding 40 meters in length
    • Team player with excellent communication skills and a willingness to teach and mentor junior crew members
    • Fluent English language skills and ability to engage with guests from diverse backgrounds
    • High level of standards, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence
    • STCW certification, ENG1 medical, and Food Safety and Hygiene Level 2 qualifications

    • Proactive and adaptable approach to changing situations
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills
    • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
