Job Description Conocida empresa busca un Area Manager para la zona de Murcia. Si eres una persona organizada y enfocada a resultados, esta vacante puede ser para ti.Funciones:
Identificar iniciativas de ventas. Liderar un equipo de ventas y tomar decisiones basadas en datos. Proponer y establecer presupuestos y objetivos de ventas para la zona. Asegurar que el personal de ventas esté adecuadamente capacitado y sea competente. Garantizar el crecimiento de las ventas y el desarrollo del rendimiento. Trabajar junto al equipo de marketing para las iniciativas y campañas.
Requisitos:
Mínimo 3 años de experiencia como Area Manager liderando un equipo grande. Experiencia gestionando mínimo 8 tiendas. Excelentes habilidades de ventas y negociación. Habilidades para la toma de decisiones y resolución de problemas. Capacidad para demostrar iniciativa y saber trabajar en un entorno acelerado.
