The Role


As a
Key Account Manager for our
SaaS products, you'll be responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships with our most strategic clients.

You'll serve as the primary point of contact, understanding their business needs, ensuring satisfaction, and driving growth opportunities within these accounts.


Responsabilites

Account Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients. Understand their goals, challenges, and use of the SaaS product to maximize value and satisfaction.

Strategic Planning: Collaborate with clients to align their business objectives with the capabilities of our SaaS product. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional features or services.

Customer Advocacy: Act as a customer advocate within the organization, conveying client feedback, requests, and needs to relevant teams (sales, product, support, etc.) to ensure timely and effective responses.

Retention and Expansion: Proactively monitor account health, foresee potential issues, and implement strategies to prevent churn. Identify expansion opportunities and work towards increasing the product's adoption within client organizations.

Revenue Generation:Work towards set revenue targets by effectively managing the renewal process, negotiating contracts, and identifying opportunities for revenue growth within assigned accounts.

Collaboration:Partner with internal teams to address customer needs, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless customer experience. Coordinate resources for successful implementation and support.

What we need from you

Experience: Proven experience (>3 years) in account management, preferably within the SaaS industry, with a track record of managing high-value clients.

Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with SaaS products, understanding of cloud-based technologies, and the ability to effectively communicate product functionalities to clients.

Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with stakeholders at different organizational levels.

Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and leverage insights to drive client success and growth opportunities.

Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to address challenges and find innovative solutions.

Business Acumen: Understanding of business processes, industry trends, and the ability to translate these into valuable solutions for clients.

Bachelor's Degree: Preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
-
German, English and Spanish as main languages.
