    At Eni , we are looking for a Customer Value Management Specialist within Plenitude Iberia in Santander, Cantabria . You will be responsible for maintaining and constantly improving customer portfolio management campaigns using outbound sales channels (. wingback).

    This membership represents a major European project integrating the renewables business with the retail business, which will allow us to progressively increase our offer of services, infrastructures and green energy for our customers, providing our team with greater professional projection and growth.

    As a member of the Backoffice department at Plenitude Iberia you will be responsible for :

    ·Improving the customer experience using a data-driven approach to decision-making.

    ·Developing new campaigns and initiatives to increase customer satisfaction.

    ·Developing new campaigns and initiatives to increase customer value

    ·Presenting results to all relevant stakeholders

    ·Demonstrable commercial experience

    ·Business acumen: ability to design activities starting from a blank sheet of paper, always using data

    ·Ability to work in cross-functional teams

    ·Flexibility in the face of rapid changes in the market context
