We are looking for a Back-end Tech Lead that is ready to go for a new challenge with one of our clients.

This company is a fast-growing startup, focused on building rental software that enables rental owners to independently manage and market their business online.

You will...

Discuss about architectural matters.
Better the existing code with best practices.
Separate features into independent services to upgrade the code.
Work with the team (Scrum, BE Tribe)
Support and drive team's focus on technical OKRs.
Help to elevate the technical knowledge of the other backend engineers.

Requirements:

You need...

At least five years of experience with C# and.

NET Core.

Expertise in SOLID principles.
Experience with Unit testing, Integration testing, etc.
Knowledge of DDD.
Skills with Entity Framework, PostgreSQL, Docker & K8s.
Analytical skills to comprehend the existing code.
Experience working with microservices architecture.
Knowledge of best practices related to APIs and data privacy.
Great communication skills with the team, other tech leads and good level of spoken and written English.

Nice to have...

Experience with Marten, EventstoreDB or Kafka.
Knowledge of observability solutions like Lens or Dynatrace.
