    At ROADIS, we are seeking a new teammate for our legal department who will primarily focus on supporting senior staff in all areas of the legal and compliance department, handling all legal matters concerning ROADIS. Additionally, this individual will be given the opportunity to get involved in the company's legal affairs and learn from various areas within the organization.

    Key responsabilities:

    Corporate and Corporate Governance


    • Support in the review and drafting of corporate documentation (minutes, certifications, deeds, etc.) in Spain and in the jurisdictions where ROADIS is present.


    • Support in internal corporate reorganizations and structural modifications (mergers, spin-offs, etc.) in Spain and in the jurisdictions where ROADIS is present.


    • Processing of documentation of the companies before public bodies, financial entities, notaries, and registries.


    • Legalization of corporate books.


    • Investment / divestment declarations and investment records.


    • Maintenance of corporate information records.

    Contractual


    • Support in the review, drafting, and modification of contracts with third parties (confidentiality agreements, contracts with external advisors, other agreements).


    • Support in the review, drafting, and modification of intragroup contracts.


    • Completion of Know Your Customer and similar forms requested by financial institutions, public bodies, or other third parties.


    • Maintenance of contract records.


    • Support to all departments of ROADIS in legal and contractual matters.

    Data Protection and Intellectual Property


    • Compliance with data protection regulations, updating the Registry of Treatment Activities.


    • Draft and review of data processing agreements.


    • Monitoring of trademark protection.


    • Coordination with the legal teams of the jurisdictions where ROADIS is present in data protection and IP matters.

Additionally, they should be organized, demonstrating strong organizational skills in all their tasks. They will have a collaborative leadership style with the ability to build relationships with cast and crew, influencing others into action and fostering creative thinking about solutions. Effective communication with all levels of personnel and management is essential.

    • Degree in Law.


    • Currently pursuing or having completed the master's degree in law Practice


    • Possibility of signing an agreement with the University or educational institution.


    • High level of English.
