Training objectives.

Familiarise with project management tasks throughout all stages of engagements: identifying the client's needs, defining the approach, performing analysis, working on drawing insights and conclusions, making strategic recommendations.
Ensure, along the team, timely communication and task completion with our partners and providers.
Learn to develop sophisticated communication skills, both bottomup and topdown, to work with non

- savvy senior clients and staff.

Gain a deep knowledge of the healthcare industry.

Desired skills

Domain knowledge in Life Sciences, or Technology
Python, Tableau, Power BI or related would be highly desireable
Strong presentation and communication skills
Passion for innovation, and the ability to influence and drive consensus with multiple stakeholders
