    We are looking for a Junior SEO project manager to join our German team in Barcelona

    Job description

  • The German team is currently composed of 3 members. You will work on the energy market for the website led by .
  • Main mission: Create and implement SEO strategies and tactics, including keyword research, on- and off-page optimization, and content creation, to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings for the website.
  • Selectra launched its operations in Germany in 2019 from its European headquarters of Madrid. Since then, the German team is pursuing rapid growth and aims at ranking among the top market players within 4 years.

    • As a Junior SEO project manager, you will have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals, develop your skills in SEO and digital marketing, and contribute to the growth and success of the organization's online presence in the German market.

    Outcomes to be accomplished

    Outcome 1: Create and optimize content

  • Writing new articles according to our content planning.
  • Optimize already existing articles to improve its ranking.

    • Outcome 2 : Increase the traffic of the website

  • Monitoring the sessions of the website for which you are responsible
  • Adapt and implement current SEO strategies to improve our traffic.

    • Outcome 3 : Create and increase the lead generation

  • Identify unqualified leads & sort them out
  • Implementing actions to improve it like the creation of CTAs

    • Profile

    You just graduated from a bachelor or master degree (ideally in marketing), are looking for a first long-term professional experience and recognize yourself in the following:

  • Perfect knowledge of German: no mistake escapes your eye A fluent English level is also required, other languages are a plus.
  • You love writing.
  • Ideally, you have a first experience with content management and/or web marketing, and you have a passion for SEO.
  • Basic knowledge of a CMS like Drupal or WordPress is a plus.
  • Bachelor or Master degree, ideally in Marketing.
