We are looking for an experienced Head of ABI to join our ABI Team in Barcelona with opportunity to work 30 to 50% of the time in Mexico City or to relocate completely to Mexico City as Head of ABI.

What you will do*- Create a state-of-the-art Analytics & Business Intelligence capability

Build, develop and manage a team ( >20 FTEs in 2024)
Create an agile, highly collaborative way of working with digital and corporate teams
Accelerate the pace of digital innovation with highimpact insights enhancing decisionmaking across the entire organization
Oversee (advanced) analytics projects that help channels to become more profitable
Track and manage milestones, dependencies, issues and risks across major ABI divisions
Function as the main line of communication with a Digital Campus' boards (e.g., partnership and functional boards). Be the soundboard for data and analyticsrelated questions of business leadership

What you'll bring*- 10+ years of consulting experience or relevant industry experience, with at least 5+ years as a project lead level

Master's (or PhD) in a quantitative field. A background in mathematics, physics, econometrics, or engineering is preferred
Vast experience with data platforms, data analysis and visualization tools and techniques
Deep understanding of core business processes and linked technical solutions
Able to identify business needs, anticipate them and then act accordingly
Demonstrated leadership skills
Experience with (i) risk and issue management and (ii) delivering KPIs and financial results
Capable of handling projects with several senior stakeholders
Excellent communication skills, especially in explaining complex analytical concepts in nontechnical terms to business users
Verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish; ability to communicate to the senior executive levels
