    Funciones Clave

    • Desarrollo, validación y/o auditoría de modelos de riesgo de crédito, entre otros, estimación de parámetros (PD, LGD, EAD) para el cálculo de provisiones (IFRS9) y/o requerimientos de capital (CRR).
    • Desarrollo, validación y/o auditoría de modelos de estrés.
    • Modelización con metodologías avanzadas (Machine Learning).
    • Análisis y asesoramiento sobre impactos de normativas relacionadas con riesgos financieros.
    • Constante trato con stakeholders y reguladores, participación en presentaciones para audiencias relevantes, tanto a nivel cliente como a nivel interno, en un entorno internacional.

    Requisitos

    • Formación en ingenierías, matemáticas, estadística, física, ingenierías, actuariales u otras carreras técnicas con fuerte especialización cuantitativa.
    • Experiencia en la construcción, validación o auditoría de modelos de rating y scoring y cálculo de parámetros de riesgo de crédito (PD, LGD, CCF) para provisiones (IFRS9) y/o capital (CRR).
    • Nivel de inglés muy alto (hablado y escrito).
    • Trabajarás en proyectos internacionales.
    • Conocimiento de alguno de los siguientes paquetes: R, Python, SAS, VBA, SQL.
    • Conocimiento y entendimiento de la normativa aplicable: CRR, IFRS9, Guidelines de la EBA: Guidelines de PD y LGD, Guidelines de New Definition of Default.

    • Participación en TRIMs, IMIs u OSIs de riesgo de crédito para el supervisor.
    • Capacidad de trabajar en equipo, de forma flexible y sujeto a fechas límite.
    • Adaptabilidad al entorno, donde prima el crecimiento sostenido y sostenible de la firma, y las soluciones óptimas para las problemáticas de los clientes.
    • Participación de la creación de un buen ambiente de trabajo.
