We are looking for a _European Public Affairs & Subsidiaries Governance Support _to join Grifols International SA_._


You will have the main mission to provide Public Affairs services to the European Affiliates and to assist to the Governance and Administration of Grifols International SA and Grifols' Subsidiaries worldwide.


What your responsibilities will be

  • Support and coordinate the Public Affairs Strategy within EU Grifols' Subsidiares (key stakeholders mapping, social media follow up, health policies monitoring ).
  • General Administration Support (SAP orders, Vendors Master Data, administrative tasks and supporting team needs as agenda, travel, events, minutes, etc).
  • Oversee and coordinate contracts flows, validating approval steps and revising contents.
  • Coordinate sensitive documentation globally, ensuring the correct execution, process and timing.
  • Manage and follow up all processes regarding mandatory public reports (communications, logistics tracking, etc).
  • Global and international highlevel interaction and support.

  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Business, Public Relations, Journalism or similar.
  • 2 years of experience in support tasks, preferred within Public Affairs, Health Policies and/or Governance areas.
  • To have experience in healthcare or pharma field is a must.
  • Fluent English and Spanish. Other EU languages would be a plus.
  • Ready to learn and grow up within the position.
  • Exceptional communication abilities.
  • SAP would be a plus.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Effective time management skills, ability to focus in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong team player with a positive attitude and a strong service ethic.

Monday-Thursday 8-10 to 16-19h and Friday 8-15h.
