- Gestión de informes en idioma Español, Ingles y Mandarín
- Tramitación de incidencias
- Mantener registros adecuados de las interacciones y transacciones con los clientes.
- Dar feedback al encargado/a, respecto a los problemas recurrentes o áreas de mejora en el proceso logístico
- Trabajo en equipo
- Se requiere un título de grado medio o superior
- Experiencia mínima de 1 año en puesto de Customer Service.
- Indispensable nivel alto Inglés, Español y Mandarín

En Grupo Adecco estamos buscando un/a Customer Service con excelentes habilidades de comunicación en idioma español, inglés y Mandarín para empresa de logística ubicada en Madrid.
