Key Responsibilities:


  • Perform product demonstrations and training at customer or company sites; deliver product line specific presales activities
  • Prepare and present seminars to wide array of audiences
  • Support the organization in the achievement of the regional commercial, service and support goals
  • Tackle customer partner concerns optimally through indepth troubleshooting
  • Remain up to date with product and groundbreaking scientific knowhow and work in line with our Support & Service Competencies

Keys to Success:


Education
MSc or PhD in Biology, Immunology, Cell Biology, Microbiology, Stem Cell Biology, Biotechnology or related scientific field


Experience

  • Experienced working with flow cytometry instruments
  • Laboratory experience to include expertise in sample preparation, compensation and accurate controls
  • Experience in presenting technical materials in written and verbal form

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical problems
  • Customerfacing experience is an asset; good commercial insight and demeanour required
  • Strong communication skills; capable of interacting with a diverse population of internal and external contact in English

Travel:


  • Flexibility to travel throughout area of responsibility (5075% of the time)
  • Valid driving license
