Job Summary
We're looking for a Global Controlling Solutions Expert to integrate an expert across our different processes. You will contribute to the fulfillment of our outcomes of providing users with the best customer experience and ensure operational excellence for activities performed in our capability community.
• Lead and coach colleagues across workstreams with a focus on co-creation and shared accountability — enabling teams to take joint ownership of outcomes to support community
• Act as the first internal escalation, guiding peers to resolve end-user questions and incidents collaboratively and escalating to IT, Global, or other stakeholders when it is required.
• Continuously assess and strengthen capability by ensuring colleagues have the right process and tool knowledge; enable peer-to-peer learning, curated knowledge assets, and co-developed trainings in partnership with the Knowledge Manager.
- Serve as an internal escalation point.
