We are a creative production and post production house. We differ from most production companies in having our own in-house post-production studio, with animation as our distinctive touch. This allows us to control the entire process without limiting our creativity. Only this way can we ensure that the final result will be exactly as we imagined.

Despite being a young company, we have a wide international scope that has led us to work for clients such as Nike, Coca-Cola, Adidas, Riot Games, Gatorade or Columbia Records.

Project Manager to be leading projects and the creative team works accordingly to achieve the best quality. This figure should be able to coordinate all the team including graphic designers, visual researchers and guide them through the timelines with an artistic perspective. At the same time working closely with the director to align communication and needs between this figure and the creative team.

You will:

Collaborate with the video and photo department once a new project is approved
Organize the deliverables and timelines for graphic designers and the overall team
Follow up with any given changes from the feedback received from the director
Assist the director and the team with any inquiry regarding the projects
Manage relations with external clients and follow up with them even when the project is over
Be able and available to communicate with international clients around the world, including different time zones
Be involved in all the workflow and be a reference from the production and creative team
Have an overview of the whole process from the start until the end (follow up with any feedback after project is delivered)
Distribute the latest information to the team (schedules, script, daily changes)Ensure a successful presentation of the pitch (final version, working material and supplies, alternative solutions in crisis)

Qualifications & Skills:

Project manager or producer +5 years of experience or +3 years in agency
Experience managing artists, creative teams and knowledge with pre production is a plus
Degree in Communications, MKT or similar studies
Proven experience in the industry English and Spanish both fluent Efficient communications skills
Proactivity & leadership
Ability to relate with other people Attention to detail and organizational skills
Adaptability and solution problem mindset
Creative or artistic background is a plus
