    Votre rôleTechnical Account Manager will be the entry point (point of contact) together with Viaccess Project Manager to all requirements and topics raised by Orange Spain and will provide the following services and activities:Technical expertise of Viaccess Orca products including: Session managerTV ConsoleAnalyticsRelated pluginsdelivered by Viaccess OrcaSupport Orange Spain with integration related aspects from EcosystemTechnical management on Viaccess Orca products including:Root cause analysisEscalation to Viaccess Orca experts such as DBA, R&D, Products etc

    Regular issues / ticket follow-up:


    Customer Follow-up Prepare and provide training or technical presentation to customer on Viaccess Orca products and servicesShare and propose recommendations to improve the service related to Viaccess Orca components and its integrations.

    Participation on regular meeting with customer (weekly, Daily etc.) and also together withother vendors led by Orange Spain to support Orange Spain managing the activity smoothlyProvide Monitoring reports "health check" reports on regular basis.
