    Job Title

    IBS Architect

    As part of Digital Transformation Services, the DIP Department is responsible for providing Master Data Management (MDM), Data Integration, Data Distribution and Process Automation (Low code/RPA/BPM) solutions and related services to its Amadeus' internal business partners in agreement with the Amadeus methodology & Guidelines.

    ADDS is an Amadeus in-house product based on OKIOK S-Filer Portal and provide API functional to distribute Data/Files to customers (both internal and external) in secure way.

    This opportunity corresponds to a position of Solution Architect in the Amadeus DTS Data Distribution Implementation team part of Integration team.

  • Participate to the aDDS solution design and implementation for DTS Projects (e.g: Order to Cash, Global Finance Template, Amadeus Direct distribution, workday...). You will be the aDDS technical POC for all the different aDDs projects requirement.
  • You will be working with the DTS Product Owner and ensure technical implementation follow requirement and committed plan.
  • You will be responsible for the technical architecture of all the Data distribution implemented by DTS solution.
  • You will be responsible for maintaining the consistency of all the implementation done
  • You will be responsible to maintain consistent documentation of all DTS aDDS flows
  • The team is multi-site and developing in Agile mode with an iterative approach

    • The detailed activity will be the following:

    1. Determine Enterprise, Application & Infra. Architecture Roadmaps


    • Work closely with Enterprise Architects to ensure Enterprise cross applications architecture consistency.


    • Ensure Amadeus security policies are followed for any Implementation. Make sure as well that GTC implement these policies. Define and follow-up any required enhancement to be implemented by GTC.


    • Make sure in collaboration with GTC that we maintain a reliable, flexible, and extensible system capable of leveraging future technological evolutions

    2. Maintain Implementation framework and guideline


    • Document and maintain the technical design Guidelines to be use for each implementation


    • Ensure that all application design follow guideline and match the functional requirements

    3. Design, build, test Architecture contribution


    • Validate the technical architecture and design of project or release related Changes (Assess the impact of the projects toward the technical architecture.)


    • Ensure that the application design/implementation are consistent with aDDS best practice and aDDS Framework/ Architecture.


    • Ensure intra-application components architecture consistency and reusability.


    • Accountable of the Implementation script, Continuous integration platform administration.


    • Organize and execute integration, regression tests required by any project.

    4. Vontinuous improvement & support


    • Manage, plan and execute DTS file distribution L3 Support activity.


    • Define and improve support process


    • Identify, propose, implementation and even aDDS architecture improvements based on


    • major problem reviews & evaluations


    • availability, stability & performance indicators


    • Diagnose and resolve solution architecture problems and assist developer/implementation in technical issues

    5. Configuration and Environments Management


    • Ensure the proper mechanism to move configurations and developments from one environment to another. (Describe tasks to operate and maintain framework application)


    • Coordinate the Yearly aDDS platform audit review (implementation, methodology and infrastructure)


    • Work with GTC/CISO to secure environment's availability, stability, and performance, Coordinate capacity planning.
