We are looking for product leaders at Western Union who are customer-centric, growth leaders and can influence the product and organization to grow the current product portfolio and build new portfolios catering for our customers.

In this critical role, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of Value-Added Services' product strategy.

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs, market trends, and regulatory requirements, and use this knowledge to drive the product roadmap and ensure our value-added services proposition meets the needs of our customers.

Role Responsibilities

Define the product roadmap responsible for developing loved and delightful customer experience for Western Union's remittance and Value-Added product portfolio.
Think strategically and creatively to gather product and process insights from customers and key internal / external stakeholders as input into solution ideation and design.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop product requirements that ensure alignment on short

- and long-term growth initiatives.

Partner closely with engineers, operations, product marketing, sales, customer success, risk, and finance to ensure our clients are at the center of everything we build and that they're delighted by our work.
Own and prioritize a roadmap to balance both exploring new product enhancements and existing product optimizations.

Role Requirements

Preferred experience in building FinTech products for omnichannel customers (retail and digital).
You have strong experience of FinTech systems, preferable cross border and alternative payment systems.
You have built products from 0 to 1 and scaled them to multimilliondollar product portfolios.
A proven track record of leading the development and implementation of successful product strategies with excellent crossfunctional leadership skills.
You can collaborate, build trust, and navigate through teams and geographies to build products that delight our global customers.
You have an impeccable understanding of data, metrics and follows data driven decisioning.
