• Carrying on with administrative procedures related to the operational management of the project, such as the daytoday implementation of the project, the organization of network events, the elaboration of technical and financial reports, the communication and dissemination of the project results and the liaison with the REA (Research Executive Agency).
• Assisting the Network Coordinator, members of the management board and of the different committees in their management and coordination activities tracking the fulfilment of the agreements and action points.
• Tracking the project management costs in order to meet budget and the liaison with the administrative and financial services of CSIC
• Maintaining the communication and dissemination platforms of the network including the network website, social media and on

• Assisting partners in the organization of networkwide events and in promoting them.

• Bachelor's degree in science, engineering or business administration.
• 25 years' experience in administrative management of scientific projects in international environments.
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Proven ability to solve problems creatively
• Strong familiarity with project management methodologies, and best practices
• Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
• Availability to travel frequently within Europe

• Workplace located in Tres Cantos (Madrid) well connected by railway and bus with Madrid city center.

• Contract duration 1 year, extendable pending on funding.
