From Fed Finance we are looking for a Head of Incorporation and Maintenance of Listed Companies for Corporate Boutique in Madrid

SU FUNCIÓN:

What will be your main responsibilities?

  • Analysis of the company, its structure, its size, its business, and its growth expectations, for the purpose of choosing the most appropriate Market for the Company, in terms of size and objectives.
  • Assessment of whether the company meets the suitability requirements for listing on the Market in terms of legal and regulatory requirements and, if necessary, establishing the appropriate measures to help the company to be listed.
  • Set the global organization and planning of the Project, by assigning tasks and objectives between the teams involved (the company to be listed, its legal team, its auditor, and its valuation firm)
  • Coordinate the calendar of tasks for both the Company and the Advisers involved in the process (legal advisors, auditors, valuation firms,), controlling tasks and deadlines.
  • Analysis of the company's business model.
  • Verify the feasibility of the business plan presented by the Company.
  • Verify that the Company has the appropriate organizational structure to achieve its business plan, with particular emphasis on the Board of Directors and the senior management staff.
  • Risk analysis: quantitative and qualitative risks of the sector, the company, legal, geopolitical, etc.
  • Preparation of the listing prospectus/information document (in English) and all the material information requested by the Market (in English)
  • Monitoring and supporting our client during the whole process of listing.

SU PERFIL:

Preferred Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant studies, e.g., Finance & Accounting, Finance and Law,.
  • A Master's in Corporate Finance will be valuable.
  • 5 years of relevant experience in financial statements analysis, business plans and company valuations in corporate finance boutiques, corporate development and/or investment banking entities.
