Handle inbound calls for business development and account management.Log customer interactions in CRM.Meet or exceed sales quotas and targets.Identify and engage with prospects and key decision-makers.Proactively manage profitability and sales pipeline.Monitor client satisfaction and escalate issues as necessary.Gather and relay client feedback for potential business opportunities.Respond and resolve customer inquiries and requests.Prepare sound commercial and technical service proposals.Conduct outbound calls to existing customers as needed. This position is on-site in Valencia, Spain. The remote option is not available.
Requirements
Proficient or bilingual in German and advanced English skills.Strong communication abilities.Solid sales background, preferably in B2B.Goal-oriented with excellent computer skills.Motivated self-starter with previous sales experience.
