Order Management (M/F/d):


Your Job:


We are looking for a person to carry out the Order Management and Logistics functions for Festo Spain and Portugal.

The person will be part of the logistics team, reporting directly to the team leader.

The main functions of the position are:

  • Propose and implement improvements that ensure customer deliveries
  • Manage import and export orders
  • Manage purchases mainly from Festo for stock and local production
  • Monitor transport agencies: claim incidents, hire special transports, billing
  • Continuously search for process improvements: new agencies, new internal communication channel

Requirements:


  • Two years of relevant work experience in similar tasks
  • Experience with SAP HANA is a plus
  • Experience of MS Office products including advanced knowledge of Excel preferred
  • Strong spoken and written communication skills in Spanish and English. Knowledge of German or Portuguese would be a plus
  • Availability to travel throughout the Iberian Peninsula and occasionally to other European countries
  • High attention to detail, methodical, fast, and capable of working with tight deadlines. Problem solving oriented
  • Team player. Initiative and curiosity, commitment, interest in challenges, continuous learning and contribution of ideas
