Requirements:
- Good digital competence (Office ...).
- Experience with design tools (SkechUp, Revit, Autocad...)
- Strong sales skills, a passion for selling, and home life.
- Previous sales experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of assembly, installation, decoration, or design is valued.
- Valid B1 driver's license.

What You Will Be Doing Daily
- Practice active listening, with the necessary communication skills to create a relaxed and trustworthy atmosphere throughout the space design and purchasing process, following IKEA's values.
- Ability to develop and drive the Interior Design service, based on customer experience and considering the local Market.
- Commercial vision to turn the final Project into a sale, ensuring customer satisfaction. Maximize sales and profitability by conducting competition and market analysis, sales analysis.
- Creative individual, capable of creating inspiring and surprising solutions, with a broader mindset tailored to customer needs.
- Plan and implement ideas and solutions in different styles, functions, and diverse price profiles tailored to each customer.
- Carry out interior design projects based on specific customer demands and needs, ensuring service quality and professionalism throughout the process.
- Manage appointments and customer follow-up, prepare the final budget, and complete the purchase process with full service.
- Plan and conduct visits to customers' private homes.
- Take responsibility for all phases of the process: inspiration, appointment, design and planning, service hiring, payment, assembly, and satisfaction guarantee.
