Office Assistant - Barcelona, España - EIMS
Descripción
Our
Office Assistant role reports directly to the Business Unit Director and is expected to provide administrative and labour law related support to ensure efficient operation of the office and employee contracts.
From scheduling client meetings, to communicating between departments, you will be responsible for completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner.
This is a full time role (Monday-Friday, 9 AM-6 PM) working from our beautiful Barcelona hub located in Poble Nou.
You will work with
- Our internal teams to create employment contracts
- The finance team to ensure monthly payroll cadence
- Senior management team in various projects as well support employees with losing holiday requests, requesting bajas and similar
Qualifications
- Native level in Spanish and excellent English is a must for this role
- Background in Spanish law and/or HR is ideal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work
Offer
- Salary €32,000 per year (€30,000 basic salary + €2,000 yearly bonus)
- Start date: February 20th (we are happy to incorporate someone sooner)
- 28 days paid time off
