Our client, a global leading telecommunication company, is recruiting for a

Radio Design TL to join their business in Spain

.

Responsibilities:
Manage the RF design deliverables.
Formalize RF design processes and uplift where necessary.
Ensure RF designs make best use of latest feature sets
Facilitate timely inputs towards lab test and trials team
Support rollout and deployment teams during swap activities.
Stakeholder engagement; H// Strategy for all the technologies, H// performance and design team.
Provide leadership to ensure RF designs meet network performance targets and follow the SI process.
Provide leadership to ensure that RF Designs are in line with customer strategy and business requirements
Maintenance of network design documentation.
Translation of H2G/H3G/H4G/H5G network strategy to High Level design and detailed design to cater the customer demands.
Maintenance of Network parameter Baseline
Identify opportunities for network improvement as per customer demands.
Coordination with MBNL for any impact on shared services."

Qualifications:

Deep Technical understanding 2G, 3G, 4G and 5G
Demonstrable technical leadership and extensive previous radio design experience.
Skilled and considerable experience of Radio Design Tools and Processes.
Able to understand complex network strategies implemented on shared networks
Well versed with 3GPP specifications.
Deep understanding of features related to Radio interface.
Comprehensive grasp of radio features and parameters to understand the complexity of network
Excellent oral, written communication skills.
Work well under pressure as part of a small team or as an individual.
Extensive presentation/reporting skills.
Must be able to build and maintain key relationships with customers and suppliers / vendors/Partners
Must have client latest release experience
Must have understanding of H3G and MBNL processes
Understanding of 5G principles
Must have swap experience
