After-Sales Specialist

We are growing our After-Sales Team and hiring in various locations across Europe.

• Resolve technical issues on equipment bought through METRO/makro online marketplaces.

You'll handle escalated after-sales dossiers via phone or email, diagnose root causes, guide customers through troubleshooting or dispatch technicians when needed.

The ideal candidate has a customer-centric mindset, strong negotiation skills and experience coordinating with repair partners (nice-to-have).
